Craig D. Morgan, MD, demonstrates arthroscopic repair of a massive rotator cuff tear involving the entire supraspinatus and a portion of the upper infraspinatus. His anchor of choice provides footprint restoration of the cuff to bone with a composite parachute corkscrew suture anchor. The metal screw-in anchor is deployed within the bone and is then linked by a fiberwire suture to an 8mm PLLA absorbable disc.
